When completed in the Summer of 2010, Sydney Hall will have 125 rental units – 25 on each floor – with a choice of 17 different floor plans among the 30 studio, 15 one bedroom and 80 two bedroom apartments. You will notice from the renderings below that the first floor of Sydney hall, in addition to an expansive entrance lobby, will contain a management office and several retail stores.
