How many people can live in an apartment?

Occupancy guidelines are as follows:

  • 1 person permitted in a Studio
  • 2 people permitted in a 1 Bedroom (there is a $100 monthly upcharge on the base rent amount for 2 persons)
  • 3 people permitted in a 2 Bedroom (there is a $100 monthly upcharge on the base rent amount for 3 persons)

What utilities are included in the rent?

Cable, Internet, Trash, Water and Sewer are included in rent with a $10 per person monthly charge. You will be billed directly from the utility companies for your Electricity and Gas.

Where is the laundry?

A full size front load washer and dryer are in the apartment.

How do I apply?

You may apply online and it will be emailed directly to the office. Or you may fill out the online application and bring it to the office with your deposit and guarantor form. You will need to come to the office with your deposit if you apply online. Apartments are not held until a deposit and all proper paperwork has been received. The fee is $40 per applicant.

What furniture is provided?

We furnish the apartments with:
Bedrooms: A bed, headboard, nightstand, computer desk and dresser drawer system.
Living room: A sofa or loveseat, chair, end table, and coffee table.
Kitchens: Units with breakfast counters will be provided with 2-3 bar stools.

Apartments are furnished, but can I use my own furniture?

Yes, but there is not a discount on rent for doing so. We will pay to have the provided furniture removed and stored should you opt to bring your own furnishings.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the building.

Is the rent per bed?

No, the rent amounts are for the entire apartment; we do not rent by the bed.

Do you have a roommate matching service?

No, we do not since the apartments are not rented by the bed it gives each resident more freedom with who they choose to live with.

How do I pay rent?

You may pay with check, or money order at the office. Rent checks can also be mailed to:

Do you have maintenance staff?

Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours as well as 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer underground garage parking for an additional fee of $125 per month.  We also offer Scooter/Motorcycle stalls in the underground garage for $35 per month. 

Do you have bike storage?

Yes, we have several bicycle storage stalls in the underground garage at no cost to you. You will be assigned a bicycle stall number on a first come first served basis.
