How many people can live in an apartment?
Occupancy guidelines are as follows:
- 2 people permitted in a 1 Bedroom
- 3 people permitted in a 2 Bedroom (there is a $75 monthly up charge on the base rent amount for 3 persons)
- 4 people permitted in a 3 bedroom (there is a $75 monthly up charge on the base rent amount for 4 persons)
- 4 people permitted in a 4 bedroom
Do you have parking available?
Yes, it is located at the adjacent Sydney Hall building we offer underground garage parking for an additional fee of $125 per month. We also offer Scooter/Motorcycle stalls in the underground garage for $50 per month.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $200 for the apartment, not per person.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Cable, Internet, Trash and Water are included in rent.
Where is the laundry?
FREE laundry room with washers and dryers on each floor.
How do I apply?
You may apply online and it will be emailed directly to the office. Or you may fill out the online application and bring it to the office with your deposit, guarantor form and application fee. You will need to come to the office with your deposit if you apply online. Apartments are not held until a deposit and all proper paperwork has been received.
What furniture is provided?
We furnish the apartments with:
- Bedrooms: A bed, headboard, nightstand, computer desk and dresser drawer system.
- Shared Bedrooms: A full sized bunk bed will be provided.
- Living room: A sofa or loveseat, chair, end table, and coffee table.
- Kitchens: Units with breakfast counters will be provided with 2-3 bar stools.
Apartments are furnished, but can I use my own furniture?
Yes, but there is not a discount on rent for doing so. We will pay to have the provided furniture removed and stored should you opt to bring your own furnishings.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed in the building.
Is the rent per bed?
No, the rent amounts are for the entire apartment; we do not rent by the bed.
Do you have a roommate matching service?
No, we do not since the apartments are not rented by the bed it gives each resident more freedom with who they choose to live with.
How do I pay rent?
You may pay with check, or money order at the office. If we are closed, you may leave it in the locked Rent Drop Box near the office entry.
Do you have maintenance staff?
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours as well as 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Do you have bike storage?
Yes, we have several bicycle storage stalls in the underground garage (at Sydney Hall) at no cost to you. You will be assigned a bicycle stall number on a first come first served basis.
